TV chef Rachel Green will once again be taking to the stage in the fabulous Rangemaster Cookery Demonstration Theatre to inspire audiences with new and exciting recipes using the finest ingredients available at the Festival and renowned Pie-maker Stephen Hallam of the Melton Mowbray Pork Pie Association will demonstrate the authentic art of making a pork pie - there will even be the opportunity for a lucky few to have a go themselves!

With exceptional culinary talent and an unparalleled knowledge for the earliest origins of world cuisine, TV chef Alan Coxon will provide inspiration with dishes that have the rare quality of being both stunning, yet easy to recreate at home and Lovely Bubbly will provide the perfect accompaniment with their free Champagne Tastings.
