The 2007 Food and Drink Festival proved to be a great success. With all the heavy rain we experienced throughout the summer it wasn't looking very promising for the festival! As the event approached we had some very warm sunny days and as luck would have it, we were blessed with fine weather over the weekend of the event.
Our Celebrity Chefs, Jean-Christophe Novelli, Clarissa Dixon-Wright and Rachel Green demonstrated their culinary skills to packed audiences over the two days. 'This is the best event I have attended in 17 years' said a very satisfied Clarissa Dixon-Wright.....
